Perfect hotel in a nice building with priceless views of the park. The location was amazing and the room was huge and updated. Clean private bathroom. Easy enough to find, in the heart of New York City. Very close to public transport and World Trade Centre and Brooklyn Bridge, WTC and wall street.

Both rooms we booked were updated and huge with 3 queen confortable beds, good view and the balcony. The hotel had a central position right by One World Trade Center/911 Museum, and public transport.

Excellent value for the money. The Chinatown location turned out to be quiet and pleasant. The hotel is right across from a small park (Columbus Park?) and we had views of local residents doing Tai Chi every morning. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was large for NYC, the beds were comfortable the hotel was clean and modern looking. It was easy to walk to the Canal St subway station or to grab a cab on one of the busier streets just a two block walk away.

During my stay at Mulberry, I was pleased to find that the room was spacious and clean. The queen beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to subway stations and popular attractions like the 9/11 Memorial and Battery Park. Even though the hotel is not centrally located, it provided a quieter atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel staff were polite and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Although the hotel could benefit from some cosmetic updates, I was willing to overlook this as the room was well-maintained and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was satisfactory, although having vouchers for all guests would have been a nice touch. I had a great experience at Mulberry and would recommend it to others.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, the staff very friendly, and we really enjoyed the breakfast which is actually included, very rare to have this in NY. ;-) Will definetly stayed again and recommend the place. Oh.. Little Italy,and Soho are just around the corner.
